What to expect when choosing Refit Renovations for your Bathroom renovation.
From Consultation, Design & Layout
to Renovation & Completion.
IN-HOME CONSULTATION
At our initial consultation we will discuss design concepts, layout and products that you may have on your wish list. It is also important at this stage to discuss a rough budget for the renovation project. We will also run through an explanation of the renovation process with you.
QUOTATION
Following your in home assessment, we aim to get back to you with a fixed price quote within one week. If you decide to go ahead, we will arrange an appropriate start date and give you an accurate timescale for the renovation to be completed, which will be between 2-4 weeks.
Our quote will include all of your fixtures needed for your project, with the flexibility to make any changes to suit your taste and budget. We will also advise you to select a tile, which we will organise the purchasing of.
COMMENCMENT OF THE RENOVATION
Prior to us commencing work, we ensure that your house is protected from any potential damage. This is done by placing protective plastic down on carpets and placing floor protective board on hard surfaces.
Throughout the renovation process, Rob will be onsite to carry out certain aspects for the renovations and to ensure the project is running to schedule and to coordinate our team of tradesmen to ensure a high quality finish.
COMPLETTION OF THE RENOVATION
Following the completion of the renovation the skip bin will be removed from site and the bathroom will be cleaned. Rob will perform a full inspection to ensure that everything has been completed to the highest of standards.
